Fulfillment Policy
At ADSIFY LLC (Adsify.co), we are committed to delivering effective and transparent digital marketing services, focused on helping local businesses acquire new clients through paid advertising on Facebook and Instagram. This fulfillment policy outlines how we deliver our services, estimated turnaround times, and how to reach our support team.
1. Included Services
Each active plan includes:
• Creative production (image or video)
• Ad copywriting
• Campaign setup, launch, and optimization on Facebook and Instagram
• Direct delivery of leads to the client via WhatsApp or Messenger
2. Fulfillment Timeline
Campaign setup begins only after the client has provided all required information (business name, location, services/products, logo, etc.). Once received, the first ad campaign will be delivered within 7 calendar days.
3. Client Responsibility
If the client delays providing the necessary information, service delivery will remain on hold until the required details are submitted. We do not enforce an expiration period; we align with the client’s timeline. However, monthly payments will continue based on the agreed billing cycle.
4. Service Commitment
All clients agree to a minimum 3-month service commitment, billed monthly. Once the service has begun, all sales are final. No full or partial refunds will be issued under any circumstance.
5. Service Confirmation
All creatives, ad copies, and campaign previews are shared with the client for review and approval via WhatsApp. Once approved and launched, leads will be delivered directly to the client’s WhatsApp or designated Messenger account.
